Welcome to Qwickseva Rider App. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our rider application and services. By registering or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old

2. You must possess a valid government-issued ID

3. You must have a valid driving license (if applicable)

4. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

 

2. Rider Responsibilities

1. As a rider, you agree to:

2. Deliver orders safely and on time

3. Maintain professionalism with customers and vendors

4. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations

5. Use the app only for lawful purposes

6. Not misuse, duplicate, or tamper with the platform

 3. Account & Security

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

2. You must not share your login credentials with others

3. You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access

4. Order Handling

1. Accept orders only when available and able to deliver

2. Ensure correct pickup and delivery of items

3. Handle items with care to avoid damage or loss

4. Update delivery status accurately in the app

5. Payments & Earnings

1. Earnings are calculated based on completed deliveries

2. Payment cycles will be communicated within the app

3. Any incentives, bonuses, or penalties will be governed by company policy

4. Payments may be withheld in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity

6. Cancellations & Penalties

1. Frequent cancellations after accepting orders may lead to penalties

2. Misconduct, delays, or poor service may impact your earnings or account status

3. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

1. Engage in fraudulent activities

2. Misbehave with customers, vendors, or staff

3. Deliver illegal or restricted items

4. Use fake GPS or manipulate location

5. Use the platform for personal gain outside assigned deliveries

8. Suspension & Termination

        We reserve the right to:

1. Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of Terms

2. Remove access without prior notice in serious cases

9. Limitation of Liability

1. Qwickseva is not responsible for:

   • Accidents or injuries during deliveries

   • Loss or damage to personal belongings

   • Any indirect or consequential damages

2. You agree to use the platform at your own risk.

10. Insurance & Safety

1. Riders are responsible for their own insurance (vehicle, health, etc.)

2. Safety gear such as helmets is mandatory where applicable

 

11. Changes to Terms

1. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
