Cancellation Policy

This User Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers (“users”) can cancel orders placed through the Qwickseva platform.


1. Purpose

This policy ensures fair usage of the platform while balancing the interests of users, riders, and vendors.


2. Order Cancellation by User

Users can cancel an order under the following conditions:

a. Before Order Acceptance

  • Orders can be cancelled freely before a rider/vendor accepts the order

  • No cancellation charges will be applied

b. After Order Acceptance

  • Cancellation may be allowed within a limited time window

  • A cancellation fee may be applied

c. After Order Preparation / Pickup

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once:

    • The vendor has started preparing the order

    • The rider has picked up the order


3. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation fees may apply in the following scenarios:

  • Order cancelled after vendor confirmation

  • Order cancelled after rider assignment

  • Repeated cancellations by the same user

Charges may include:

  • Fixed cancellation fee

  • Partial or full order value (depending on order status)


4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders marked as non-cancellable cannot be cancelled once placed. This may include:

  • Special or customized orders

  • High-demand or limited-time items


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • In case of payment gateway delays, users should contact their bank/provider


6. Vendor or Rider Cancellation

If an order is cancelled by the vendor or rider:

  • Users will receive a full refund

  • Additional compensation (if applicable) may be provided as platform credits


7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to user-related reasons (e.g., unreachable, incorrect address):

  • The order may be cancelled

  • Refund may not be applicable

  • Additional charges may apply


8. Abuse of Cancellation Policy

  • Repeated misuse of cancellations may lead to:

    • Temporary account restrictions

    • Permanent account suspension


9. Policy Updates

Qwickseva reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app.
